IMARAT MUJIBIAH TECHNICAL INSTITUTE
The district of Darbhanga is a flood ravaged, one adjacent to Nepal Border having 60% of its population below poverty line. To improve their lots, Quazi Saheb in pursuance of the objectives of the Trust prompted one of his relatives Alhaj Er. Md. Saleh Sb , Late Bibi Kaniz Fatima and others to donate some piece of land for the establishment of the technical institute. It was done by them in Mohalla Mahdauli, in the township of Darbhanga, near and opposite toTown Police Station. The main building of the institute was constructed with a liberal monetary donation of a noble man Dr. Mujib Al Hassan of Darbhanga. A workshop has been constructed from the M.P. fund provided by Mr. M.A.A. Fatmi, the then M.P. Darbhanga. May God bless the donors and all the co-operators. On being established in the 1995 and after duly recognized by N.C.V.T. Govt. of India it has been running smoothly providing standard teaching and training in the different I.T.I. trades.Further efforts are underway to start other job oriented trades i.e. Dental laboratory Equipment Technician, Physiotherapy Technician and Fire & Industrial Safety Management.
Chairman's Message
The institute has developed excellent, infrastructural facilities with well equipped laboratories and an enriched library, which are updated regularly.
We realize that we have to transform Xth class student into professional engineer within the period of three years. All efforts are pooled in to develop leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, creativity, human skills along with strong values and morals. We want our students to be committed dedicated to their goals along with integrity and concern for the environment and rural society they live in.
We believe in total personality development through individual student counseling and guidance. We have continuous integration with industry through training and various projects. We are constantly innovating and never standing still. If these are values you believe in too, you will do well at IMTI, MAHDAULI. - The aim of the I.T.I is to create a learning environment for the trainees and provide opportunities for them to realize their complete potential.
- Emphasis is laid on character and development of individual aptitudes to adapt to the society.
- To provide a curriculum designed to develop a trainee physically, intellectually and emotionally so that he/she emerges as a responsible and well balanced fully technically skilled citizen who can adjust him/her self in the modern industry.
- To ensure a steady flow skilled workers in different trades for the industry.
- To raise the quality and quantity of industrial production by systematic training of workers, i.e. trainees.
- To reduce unemployment among the educated youth.
- In Short Making Students, Trainees, then Worker Not worker But SKILLED WORKER that can grow any industry that apart.
