Surveyor
The Surveyor trainees work in the field of Surveying or land surveying. It is the technique, profession, art and science of determining the terrestrial or three-dimensional positions of points and the distances and angles between them. A land Surveyor is a professional who is dealing with the measurement of land. The Surveyors work to establish maps, boundaries for ownership, locations, Government Land Acquisition, etc.
There are several tools are used for survey works such as Total Station, GPS, Theodolites, GNSS Receiver, Retro Reflectors, 3D Scanner, GIS, Surveying Softwares, etc.
The Imarat Mujibiah Technical Institute is the only private ITI in Bihar which has Surveyor trade with all the latest lab equipment. Recently there are thousand of Surveyors are recruited by the Bihar Land Revenue Department as a Survey Technician and it has lots of demand in future too.
